Craig Batanides has been actively teaching in the Bay Area for over 35 years.

Craig has been teaching and playing drums in Bay Area bands for over 35 years.

He studied for ten years with Mike Curotto, Scott Morris and the PPSI Rhythm Section School.

He has performed over the years with many musical groups such as Rubber Soul, which included blues guitarist Tommy Castro, Soul Patrol , and Big Al’s Heart & Soul, which has opened for Patti LaBelle.

Craig started his teaching career in 1983 at Reik Music in Mountain View. He also taught the drum section for local schools such as Gunn High School, St. Francis High School, Georgina P. Blach Middle School and Los Altos High School.

For the past ten years, Craig has been teaching at his fully-equipped studio in Mountain View. Hourly lessons are taught on a (four-week) monthly basis for $65 an hour, or one monthly payment of $260. All levels are taught, from beginner to advanced, and are individually paced.

Craig is located at 1901 Old Middlefield Way, Suite #13 in Mountain View, California.
